Agreement, Terms and Tariffs for an Electricity Connection at Midburn 2025 ויהי אור

Early reservations at the discounted price are acceptable until 09.11.2025

Here are the prices, including VAT:

3000 watts: 2300 ILS. At early reservation: 1850 ILS.

6000 watts: 4600 ILS. At early reservation: 3700 ILS.

9000 watts: 6900 ILS. At early reservation: 5550 ILS.

12000 watts: 9200 ILS. At early reservation 7400 ILS.

18000 watts: 13,800 ILS. At early reservation 11,100 ILS.

RV connection: 2300 ILS. At early reservation 1850 ILS.

Art installations: the same as the above prices. The only exception with installations is that an installation that requires only 1500 watts is exempted from payment.

Descriptions and Terms:

1. Payment is done in advance by a credit card or by "bit". When reserving you will be required to agree to our terms, to provide the payers' details, camps' name, and details for the receipt and for the tax invoice.

2. Electricity flow starts on 24.11.2025 at around 14:00 (and not before an engineers' final test and approval) till 29.11.2025 at 12:00, noon time.

3. The discounted price is valid for reservations and payments that are done until 09.11.2025 (including). A request to increase power connection that is submitted past 09.11.2025 for the full original price (before the discount).

4. Money refund policy due to cancellations:

Requests to cancel can be submitted by email to assiaminof@gmail.com or by whatsapp.

• A cancellation notice until 10.11.2025 shall entail a payment of 10% out of what has been paid to us.

• There shall be no refund for a cancellation notice starting from 11.11.2025 since we will already be deep on sight working on building the infrastructure.

1. When reserving you will be required to agree to our terms of not sharing the electricity with a third party, which is someone who is not from your camp/free-camp/RV. In case of providing electricity to an unpermitted party, Power on (the provider) is entitled to disconnect you from power. It will be up to Power on's decision whether to reconnect.

2. Electricity sharing is allowed only between two theme camps that share a common borderline.

3. Cabling inside the camp are under the camp's responsibility only and must correlate to the rules of the Midburn event.

4. Caravans and RV's: Please equip yourselves with a 50 meters long "Israeli" cable and an adapter. The connection will be to an Israeli power outlet (rather than to the common caravan cabling).

5. When arriving with the caravan please come to our point in order to receive a ribbon and a sticker to attach to the caravan and to your cable. Please also place a sign on the window with contact details.

6. Camps, caravans, free camps and art installations cannot share electricity between them.

7. Installations: Please equip yourselves with a 50 meters long Israeli cable. The power outlets will be scattered all over the playa with distances that will not exceed 50 meters from one point to another. Each installation leader is responsible for digging the cable underneath the ground to the destined power outlet. We will be glad to show you where it is. We cannot assure you that there will be electricity for tests at the evening of 23.11.2025

8. The electricity connection reservation is for 5 nights and 6 days at the dates and hours stated above. A reservation for only a part of the period or for less days is not possible.

9. The power outlets will usually be at one of the edges or corners of a theme camp and on main roads. We will decide on the exact locations according to our professional judgment. The exact locations will be determined very near to the beginning of the event. Please equip yourselves with enough cables.
